I'm founder and CEO of Moja Group. We work with entrepreneurs and senior executives who are excellent at what they do but invisible to the people they need to reach. We help them fix that.

A Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development since 2013 and a Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts since 2019. Awarded an MBE for services to business and education in the 2023 New Year Honours.

I'm a three-time bestselling author. From Learner to Earner topped the charts in 2019. The Ambition Accelerator followed in 2021 with insights from Sara Davies MBE and Linda Plant. From Unknown to Unforgettable, my latest, is the practical playbook for personal branding. I also host the Beyond the Bio podcast.

A multi award-winning businesswoman and proud mum, I'm a committed advocate for the North East. I co-founded City Ladies Networking, with monthly events in Newcastle, London, Paris, Nice and Northampton. As Chair of Smart Works North East, I've more than doubled the number of unemployed women receiving interview clothing and coaching and brought Sara Davies MBE on board as ambassador.

I'm a Founding Ambassador for Every Child Needs a Mentor, sit on the North East Combined Authority Business and Economy Board and serve as Non-Executive Director at the North East Business and Innovation Centre.
